Well... it's been a while since I've last been at the school.

I got way too busy with fighting that I didn't have much time for it. Mom's not very happy about that. Now if only I had some sort of alternative... but I'm the only Tamer here, so I've got to deal with all of them. Mou... I'm going to fail if this keeps up.

I wonder what's been going on here since I was busy? Sure seems like a lot. Hopefully I can find a way to get back in the main stream of things. I was barely in there in the first place.

Okay... seems like I haven't been able to escape the stuff my Kaa-san tried to shield me from afterall.

I shouldn't really be complaining. This way, Guilmon gets to do what he does best and isn't confined to the house. And a little action every now and then doesn't seem so bad either.

Let's just hope it doesnt get in the way of school work...

Guilmon and I had to fight a semi-powerful "Wild One" today.  It's not so bad because we can ascend to a level more powerful than that, but it still hurts. I'll be harboring a few more bruises tomorrow morning... 

Ah, well. On the other hand, I think I'm beginning to get the hang of everything here. It's not so bad. I still miss the others. I wonder how they're doing?

Settling down in this place is a lot harder than I thought it would be. I still don't know all that many people. The only one's I know for sure that I like is Tyler-sensei and Aoko-san. At least I have Guil - I mean - er... nevermind. Geez, I really need to learn to think before I speak. 

I wonder if I'll ever get used to being here and away from my friends?

Okay, Taka, stop moping. It's not going to do you any good.

I'm Matsuda Takato... or would that be Takato Matsuda, considering this is the States. I'm going to be in 6th grade at Bonaparte Junior High. But people sure are interesting around here... I don't know what's going on, and do I want to know? *shrugs* 

It can't be as bad as some of the stuff my friends and I got into back in Shinjuku... My parents would most likely be happy that this is considered "normal" compared to back home. But is it really?

Then again, Kaa-san would just be happy if there were no anomalies popping up every to try and get me and my partner. Okay, shutting up. No need to bring that up as a subject.

But anyways... what's with this place? Despite what I said before, it is weird.
